Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe

This dressing is easy to make and versatile. You can use any vinegar you choose and any fresh herbs you have on hand. 


Olive oil is an excellent base for a dressing. It is anti-inflammatory and rich in vitamin E, a potent antioxidant for eyes and skin.


Citrus Vinaigrette


Ingredients


  • 230 g Extra Virgin Olive

  • 245 g Champagne Vinegar

  • 25 g Garlic

  • 30 g Dijon Mustard

  • 7 g Sea Salt

  • 7 g Oregano

  • 28 g Raw Honey

  • 58 g Lemon Juice

  • 3 g Black Pepper



Directions


  1. Blend all ingredients and pour over your favorite salad! Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze in smaller containers for future use.
